EXPERIENCE:
 
Over thirty five years of experience in architectural practice including thirteen years of head of his own practice, (Adi, St. Louis, MO) which he founded in 1990.   He now has a consulting company (ra+a) that specializes in club amenities, resort and restaurant design, along with high end residential work.  His professional experience spans the entire continuum of architectural services from programming and design through production, management and administration.
 
Bob has brings a broad and mature level of experience with a unique combination of creative and prudent perspectives, which have formed the basis of his recognized leadership for highly diverse projects and clients.  He serves a leadership role in each of his projects from initial goal-setting sessions, to post-occupancy review.  He provides overview, guidance and team leadership and assumes a hands-on role in the critical tasks of every phase from beginning to end.
 
His spectrum of project experience includes commercial, industrial, institutional, recreational, retail and residential facilities, along with an ever-expanding focus on club planning, amenities and golf facilities.  Projects include both renovation and new construction.   In addition, he has in-depth experience in interior design resulting in a sensitivity to color and spatial relationships for an entire project.
